I come to this dispensary often, staff are always extremely polite. They have a good selection of product, and they always have a solid rotation of specials. If I had one complaint, (and I don't even think I would call it a complaint) is if I walk in an order versus ordering for pickup the wait time is exceedingly long. But whenever I put an order in for pickup I'm typically in and out within 10 minutes

I went into the store and I’ve been in this location numerous times a guy with long brown hair and a ponytail bad attitude towards me because the person before did not upload my certificate that I emailed to them correctly and he kept on asking me who is she and I said I do not know who she is. I don’t know people‘s names you guys do not wear name tags then when I want to go pick up my order, he refused to give it to me and he handed over to another person, even though it was his turn in the back room at this point worst experience at beyond I’ve ever had.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Chad at Beyond/Hello in Sterling! Every time I come in, he’s seriously the best. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping people find exactly what they need. You can tell he knows his stuff, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure you leave confident and happy with your choices. On top of that, he’s super friendly and makes the whole experience easy and comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who consistently gives such great customer service, but Chad does it every single time.

I had such a great experience at Beyond Hello in Sterling thanks to Latoya! She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they leave happy. Because of her amazing service, I’ll definitely be coming back — and I highly recommend asking for Latoya when you visit. She’s the reason I’d recommend this location to anyone!

I come to Beyond / Hello in Sterling pretty often, and the experience is always solid. The place is clean, organized, and the staff is helpful. This company only cares about money. Their delivery company they hire to deliver have dishonest people working. The management in the store will sit in your face and tell you they can’t do anything because it’s a different company. ITS A COMPANY BEYOND HELLO HIRES TO OFFER DELIVERY. Beyond hello has over changed me plenty of times and blame it on the delivery company and say they can’t do anything. I do not recommend the Sterling location VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I’m sure I’m not the 1st or last person to get over Changed. STERLING LOCATION NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN!!!!!!

Noticed this place across from Sheetz and hadn’t thought much until I went. The interior is beautiful and the transition from the waiting room to the sales room felt like crawling through the wardrobe into Narnia. Quality product too not gonna lie.

Had my first experience with B/H yesterday and today. Yesterday close to close, a very friendly lady talked me through all the steps of getting started (sorry I didn’t catch her name), then today Ricki and Brian were amazing - professional, competent, friendly, all the good adjectives. I was having some technical issues (VA site printing blank PDF). Ricki and Brian worked together and talked me through, got me going, and I am Beyond/Happy (sic). In all seriousness, will not be looking any further than B/H for my dispensary needs. The sales are fantastic! The regular selection is as well.

Great spot for your convenience. Always improving, peoples nice, they listen and deliver. Great specials, prices lowered for weekends. Open till 8 but Sunday is 6. Pretty good stock but you know I always want things they don’t have. I wish they would have some Cali vapes, they seems like so much better than any I tried from here.some days they got really good music , depending who’s the pharmacist. It’s a good option and choice and we don’t have any other anyways.

First time customer.I didn’t upload my paperwork correctly but thanks to Chad at the front desk for making it painless to get me in and all set up . Also the staff in the backroom were very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend. I will be back again !
