Save yourself the headache and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. We originally wanted to shop locally to support a Bowie business. No thanks, this place treats you like a criminal the moment you walk in. The woman with glasses at the front desk is unwelcoming and condescending. They have extreme rules that make it impossible to shop comfortably. Make sure you know what you want to buy because “this isn’t a place where you can just walk around and look” is what the woman said. How can I know what I want to buy without looking around? We didn’t even make it to the back to shop, we just said never mind and went somewhere else.

Been to this location plenty of times. I have used a temporary id with several staff members and they have allowed me service. Today the manager Angie denied me service for no reason. I hope I never have to return to this location again. The manager is terrible and discriminates based on very little information. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

My recent visit to Salvera left me thoroughly impressed. This dispensary is truly exceptional, with a secure and beautifully designed store. The wide variety of products available is impressive. The staff members are highly knowledgeable and always willing to assist in finding the perfect product for your needs. I highly recommend a visit to Salvera - you won't be let down!

I am surprised to read such negative reviews. I usually go to Mary and Main in Capitol Heights and their facility is very nice clean, respectful and all are helpful. I decided to give this place a try since it is closer and a first phone call I spoke to Kelvin and he was very kind and answered all of my questions. When I came into the store, I was greeted by the young latina at the front desk who explained to me the incentive as a first-time customer. I waited a few minutes and the waiting area which is very nice then I was called back. I forgot about the cell phone policy, since I did not have pockets, they asked me to put it away. Kelvin helped me was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient since I had questing. He gave his recommendations along with what's on sale. He was great and the place gave luxury boutique vibes so the negative reviews are surprising. I had a great experience and will come back again and hope they continue their professionalism. Ive been coming here often for the last few weeks. Most of the staff is very nice and attentive. But today I had a bud tender that just made me feel uncomfortable about being gender nonconforming. Literally never once have I been asked for my ID once I've already been aloud back there and then once he looks at my ID the quality of service goes way down. Just not the best experience this time.
