Showed up at 10 am per their site and it’s not open. Stayed for 20 mins waiting and still not open by the time I left. Keep in mind, their website says 10am. If that is not the correct hours, then change the site.

Today’s 26/11 at 7:30 pm your cashier insulted me discriminated me he said he speaks better English than me, I wanted to buy several products I had already taken them brought them to the cash desk to pay but in Listening to my African accent he said suddenly he can not cash me, Because I told him that I think he made a mistake when he explained to me the discounts in progress he became very aggressive threatening me , to get out of the shop otherwise he would call security, I asked him to call because I don't know what I did wrong and I would really like to know 😡😡😡 I left because I had other things to do. i would have been really offended i came home so i drove over an hour just to give my parents presents

Rarely do reviews but the service here was abysmal. Will not return. When I entered four employees were huddled around doing nothing. They said they just started and were training and one was a friend. The fourth employee was checking out a woman for an online order. There seemed to be confusion about how to discount and she wound up asking to just cancel the order. The cashier told her it was canceled. After she walked out he said it wasnt canceled and he is not gonna do that for her, she would have to do that herself. I proceeded to checkout and asked to use my points to which I received a confused response. They claim they are unable to see my point status or make me aware of when promotional sales end. Every question I asked the response was for me to basically check my account online. All fine and good but gnc should just have automated checkout at this point. The employees exhibited no value added and have entitled attitudes. Was disturbed that the other lady was blatantly lied to about cancellation for an order that was easily over $100. This is a case of lord of the flies. Teens running the store with no real care or standards. I will not return to this location and remember why I avoided gnc.

The saleswoman who waited on us on 7/27/24 at 4:45 pm at this location was rude and aggressive. Therefore, I refuse to give this location any stars. Unfortunately, we have to do it in order to write a review. We wanted to purchase vitamins. We placed the items on the counter to checkout. She started to check us out. She stated that if we bought two, we get one free. She said to go and get another bottle. We told her there was no other bottle on the shelf. She said to pick any bottle. It's fine. So we did. When I got the receipt, I started questioning her about why I ended up paying more. Another customer and I looked over at the price where the bottles were located, and we were talking to ourselves. The price was $9.99, and she charged me $19.99. So I told her I didn't want the bottle she told us to pick to get the free one. I said I only wanted to purchase what I originally wanted. She started yelling at us and the other customer in the store saying how dare we come to her store and start all this. She told us to get out. I told her I wanted my money back. She said she doesn't want us ever to come back. She was calling security. We said go ahead. She told me I came in there and knew what I was doing by starting all this. While giving my refund, she continued to yell and insult us. All I wanted to do was buy my vitamins. She has no business being a manager at this store, let alone in sales. After reading some of the reviews, I noticed that this location has many terrible reviews of its employees.

Latina girl working today 5/31/24 4 pm. needs to get fired . She is slower than a bag of rocks.
