Got harassed and threatened by Elizabeth’s friend who doesn’t even work there. Threatened to “talk outside” and wouldn’t allow Elizabeth who’s the actual worker to speak for herself because that was her “best friend”. I came in because I bought a vape from her a week ago that won’t hold charge and is malfunctioning. I was offered 50% off to buy another vape but was unable to even speak to Elizabeth due to her friend constantly threatening. It is very unprofessional to let people have their friends start fights with customers especially if they don’t even work at this establishment. Definitely do not recommend it At all unless you want to get threatened and harassed by the staffs friends. Go to another vape store where they can handle establishments correctly. If I can have the owner to contact me since I was denied to be given the phone number to speak to Sonny directly, I’d appreciate it.

Really nice and well organized store. Best I’ve seen in El Paso so far. Prices are very reasonable and plenty to choose from. Give them a try and you won’t regret it.
