heard nothing from them about my delivery called after 2 hours was told everything was fine and its be an hour after 5 hours I call again and they try to say they’ve been trying to get ahold me (no calls received) and they need an updated id. everytime I order here they need an updated id instead of just actually updating it. the guy on the phone was SO rude and dismissive cheaper better dispensary’s all around!

Every single staff member here goes above and beyond for their customers. Professional, happy environment with extremely knowledgeable employees. I would live in this dispensary if I could.

The entire staff is wonderful. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very personable. They get more personable with you especially once you become a regular. The only reason why I am not giving this dispensary a 5 star rating is because they are always out of stock on things. It's literally almost every time I go in there. They are either out or stock or only have a couple left to sell. When you have a tolerance, like myself, that doesn't really work for me. Sometimes they are out of stock for days and/or weeks at a time. It's incredibly frustrating.

The bud tenders never know what is on sale or intentionally try to push overpriced concentrate that is triple the price it is anywhere else...even their own stores across town...why ?? If you want something you literally have to show it to them on your phone... Cultivate dispensary on Durango has 1g for 20-25 ALL THE TIME and have 30% off on Wednesday (not just for seniors) . The best you can hope for with jade is they have some shatter that's not overpriced.

Great weed, even greater staff. I want to give a big shout-out to the cashier who was working the 9:30 PM shift, June 12, 2024. I dont know his name, but he's a black gentleman with a beard. I was having an absolutely miserable day and was really struggling at the register, taking forever and stumbling over my words with lots of "uuuuuuhhhhhs." Despite this, he had a level of patience that could put buddhist monks to shame. His calm demeanor was contagious and his kindness truly turned my day around.

Dillon was super kind and helpful. All the staff were friendly. Store is clean and well organized.

Unfortunately I would recommend going to anywhere else in Nevada as at least other places have friendly and nice customer service. On the website there was a deal, however, the deal was worded wrong so upon going to the store and talking to them I was laughed at despite them being the ones to make the mistake. A few employees apologized about laughing at me but one employee took pride in laughing and doubled down by saying “that was me laughing.” I don’t even know why I’m bothering to leave a review because I’m pretty sure no one will actually care as it seems like they treat their customers like jokes. Hopefully others don’t have similar experiences like I did but I imagine others will as the person who laughed at me seemed to be the manager or boss.

Good selection all the staff is cool and helpful. Besides that one dude who cards at the front desk in the afternoon always got some dumb comment when I come in.

This has been my go to since they opened, I have spent thousands of dollars at this store. But unfortunately the incompetence is forcing me to go elsewhere. I had to go to the DMV because my license was going to expire. I have flown on 4 planes since, gone to 3 other smoke shops, yet when I come in here they scrutinize the dmv paper and my license like they are the FBI. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Some bud tenders are great, some are too distracted and have gotten my order wrong several times recently. Because of this and I just caught on to how high the prices are compared to other places, I’m going to have to branch out. Hopefully at some point things can be adjusted and I’ll give it another try.
