This company should allow the budtenders to keep their own tips versus a tip pool, the service would get better and the budtenders would be more interested in talking to customers and upselling.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I do have some complaints though. the price gouging and the points of sale. especially on low shelf products. They seem to sell low quality/old flower yet their cheapest pre roll is $13 after tax. For 1g. Kind of a rip off. Also, 1 out of 2 of their ATms are almost always out of service and their debit/credit reader never works.
