This place really is Top Notch. Dispensaries can be confusing when you are new and not sure exactly where to go. Top Notch staff were all very welcoming and helpful. I had ordered online and within 20 minutes I had a text telling me my order was ready to pick up.

The staff is super helpful with questions you may have. If you describe what you are looking for in product and experience, they will guide you to the good stuff. They only point you to the featured products when it fits your needs or you are unsure. They have great deals on some stuff like BOGOs or free samples.

I started frequenting this dispensary about a month ago, and initially, I found their team to be consistently nice and friendly. I typically visit every other day to purchase a quarter ounce of product. However, my experience today left me somewhat disappointed. I intended to buy a smaller amount than usual due to budget constraints. As I live quite far from the dispensary, I called ahead to check my reward points balance. Unfortunately, I was informed that they couldn't provide this information over the phone anymore due to a new policy. This left me feeling uncomfortable, as if I was inconveniencing them or asking for something unreasonable. It made me hesitant to even ask about anything in the future, which shouldn't be the case for a loyal customer. I understand policies change, but I hope there could be more consideration for customer convenience, especially for those who travel a distance to visit. Overall, while I've generally had positive interactions here, this recent experience has left me questioning whether this is the right dispensary for my needs moving forward.
