Very friendly staff!! I’ve only been in a few time and they remember my last visit — they take the time to explain the pros and cons of their products and they’re honest and never try to over sell. Good people!

Nas and Derek do an excellent job in making sure my experience at the shop goes smoothly. Great prices, great selection, and a comfortable environment make it very easy for me to stop by after work and classes. Derek was more than happy to answer all my questions regarding product and pricing. They definitely have earned a lifetime customer and with pleasure I will continue to shop here! Also great cigar selection as well, and cheap prices on glass and tobacco. You guys rock! -Ben

Great staff. I don't know who said they didn't care about customers or thier questions because when I go in I'm clueless as to what I'm looking for and they always voice thier option on what is the best product for both lowest buck and higher. For instance, I went in looking for a dry herb pen and the was told the nest on the market and the best for how much I could afford as well as what each one did and they even went into detail to explain features. I actually got to take a closer look at a few which was pretty cool

Nas and Derek are two awesome guys. They're willing to step you through things and answer questions. I've been a repeat customer there for over a year now and I can't see myself going to a different smoke shop anytime soon. It's amazing how in other shops, the employees don't know much about their products and FSS is a nice change of pace. The place might look small, but they're big on selection.

This is my go-to store for vape juice and filters. Franklin Smoke Shop has by far the best prices for these items compared to surrounding stores. The store clerks are very friendly and courteous, and the store is always clean and well organized. They also have a pretty decent rewards system in place so I can get a free juice or filter once in a while.
