I am very sensitive to certain sweeteners and Ricky really took the time to search through the products to help find something that would work for me! I also had a 4 year old with me running around which doesn't make things any easier and he was so sweet with him. Very appreciative!

Why have the Amazon deliveries stopped from this GNC? I haven't had any GNC products since probably December 2023 because I'll only order through Amazon and I loved when they delivered from this store. Bring Amazon back.

I always use this GNC on my way home from work to grab my usual protein and supplements for the gym.I have used other stores in the past and did not find the customer service and help adequate. At this store new products are always stocked and the staff is always aware of what products that are new, are good or not. The staff is always willing to help you stay on top and track of your rewards as well, to save YOU money. If you go here you will have the same experience I have had, and if you ever find yourself in question on something the staff will help. Several times now the manager Ricky has helped me find great new products I have enjoyed. I am always satisfied here.

Visited the Pembroke store 5/11/22: The employee, Ricky, was very helpful. If not for the fact I couldn’t get what I wanted this review would’ve been a 5. Ricky had very many suggestions as to how I could get same taste results for my collagen powder. I like the peach tea and the store had none. Ricky also suggested a monthly delivery which would save money and time but still could not get the product through there either. I like the saving money and time but by going to delivery you miss engaging with such great customer service…….which is a dying breed today. Very refreshing visit with Ricky at the GNC Pembroke store.

I went to gnc to get a couple things today. 🤔 I walked in I was welcomed by the manager who said his name was Ricky. After talking to Ricky for about 20 minutes I knew exactly what to get and why I got it. He knew so much and was so helpful. I will definitely be going back thank you Ricky for all your help. If I could give it 10 stars I would. You have to get your product at gnc and meet Ricky. He will take care of you.
