This place does not operate as a business. The people working there run and managed that shop like a dysfunctional disorganized nonprofit organization.
Theres no stricture, no principles, no sense of urgency non whatsoever.
The people in the front are playing loud music and always seeking to have pointless conversations with costumers who are patiently waiting for more than 30 minutes. The AC in the waiting room does not work…
The waiting time is dreadful and if you make an online order you’ll still need to wait for 15 to 40 minutes to pick up your order.
The shop owner should create a timely manner system to get customers in and out quickly as possible instead of staffers making meaningless chit chat that takes up time. Time is key.
High Profile dispensary, does not value customers time.

Double check the product you ordered with what they give you. I bought a sherb cake preroll and they gave me a pina colada one instead. The weaker strain was unfortunately the one they gave me. I drove so far to be given the wrong order so definitely disappointed

You guys NEED to find a way to make Online Order worth while. It’s sucks that people order online to get ahead and end up leaving and waiting longer than walk ins. There’s more registers dedicated to walk ins and takes away from the “convenience” of ordering ahead. It’s almost better to order ahead but pick which ever line moves quicker when you enter. 👎🏾 I didn’t want to show peoples faces in the picture but the online order is longer than the walk in, which is a frequent occurrence. Come on guysssss

I would never go to another dispensary, they are really kind and give the best service I’ve experienced so far. David who is a cashier helped me decide on my three options I had in mind, and also dropped quick knowledge about the product which I appreciated! And Savy from front desk in the lobby is also amazing at greeting and getting you. Top service ! Thank you guys!

Best prices in Boston... but availability is very weird lately. NOT REALLY HAPPY ABOUT THAT. I ordered something 4 hrs in advanced, got my confirmation and order number and I go to the place. Ready to pick it up and they haven't even prepare it yet and it's almost finished. (4hrs to prepare and no results, I'm very disappointed)
