I bought an oil pen from them a couple months ago. When I bought it, the associate told me that if I had any problems with it, take it bag with the box since it has a life time warranty and since I’m a member, I just have to give them my number. Recently i’ve noticed my pen has been dying more frequently and it doesn’t hit the same. I took it in under the impression I would just swap it and get a new one. Unfortunately this didn’t happen. I spoke to the manager let her know my situation and she said okay let me to look at it and I’ll be right back. 10 minutes or so later pass by and all she said was “ I cleaned it because there was some oil in it and I tried it with out tester cart and it blew a big cloud for me so it works again. I noticed it was on the highest setting and I suggest you only smoke the low or middle, I mean you can do the highest, just not all the time. Also, I couldn’t find it under your number so I wouldn’t have been able to swap it for a new one because it’s not in my system. “ I just said okay and walked out because I was furious. My question is why did the previous associate tell me to bring it back for any reason and I could get a new one since it has a life time warranty but when I go in, i’m told other wise. Will never shop here again.
