I ordered two neck wraps but only one was delivered. I have tried to contact the company by email and phone, but they never respond. I feel cheated. The business seems sketchy. The web site gives an address in Houston, but the tag on the one that did arrive says Oregon.

I love the different sizes available to use on different areas of the body. I'm always cold at night and a nice warm herbal wrap helps me get cozy and ready for bed. Great selection of fabrics and colors.

I had been super excited to place my order with the company as that I live in Oregon and love to support local business. Unfortunately they lost my order in their system and the items never arrived. Contacted the company who then over-nighted the wrong items to me. Paid the shipping to return said wrong items, and then they refunded me $8.00 less what I originally paid for my order. Had emailed them and the day after, the email link had been taken off the site. Super sketchy and disappointing, as was the quality of the product.

I have bought heat wraps from this company for years. Just ordered $103 of wraps to replace our older neck and back wraps. The three products I ordered look like cheap imitations of the original products. Poor quality stitching, only halfway filled, floppy and useless. We'll never order from this company again.

The variety of fabrics and materials is amazing! Depending upon your preference is, you can find super soft and plush to sturdy and smooth. I recommend the neck shoulder wrap, especially after heating it, to soothe the aches of everyday life. The best part is this company is local with each product crafted in Oregon.
