Always a friendly staff, legitimate vapes and quality product. If you vape and don't go here you're messing up.

I purchased a new vape from this store. In order to remove the top to fill the vape, you almost have to break it. Even the employees were struggling to get the top off. I asked for a refund or swap for a different vape but was denied. I’ve been going here for years and buy all of my vapes, vape juice and cbd, but I will no longer give any of my business to a business that operates like this.

I have always been a dedicated vaporwize shopper since I’ve transitioned to vaping several years ago. Today I went in and purchased pods and vape juice (same juice I always purchase). I got it and walked right outside to fill up my pod and it went everywhere. I went back in to ask the man working if I had done anything wrong because I’ve never had this issue before and he said it’s a defective bottle and tried fixing it, while still spilling more of the juice. He then started pulling out a little tool to fix it and I said I would just prefer a new bottle since it’s already halfway gone without even using it, and he said that it’s the only bottle of that they had (which was a lie because you can clearly see it all on the shelves), in which I responded that I would just take a different flavor and he then proceeded to hand me the bottle that was momentarily fixed and said there was nothing he could do for me, even with my jeans being destroyed. I work retail, so I understand that we can’t control the products we receive, defective or not. But what we can control is how we respond to the situations because of defective products. Hands down the worst customer service ever and to top it off, the bottle top that he ‘fixed’ broke again after I left. I do NOT recommend this place, especially when there are so many in a close proximity that offer the same products at the same price point.

Love the store, love the employees. All of them have been nothing but great to me. Great prices and plenty of product on hand.
