The friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve encountered in a while at a dispo. Every week they have great deals, and great products. But what really gives the 5 stars to me is the excellent customer service and hospitality of the staff. Specifically sarah and Evan who have given me multiple great recommendations and answered a lot of my questions relating to the product. As well as another gentleman whose name I don’t remember but told me about the rice products and they have quickly become my favorite. 10/10, love everyone here. Highly recommend shopping

As a first-time customer, I had a great experience at this dispensary. The staff was welcoming, patient, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. The space was clean and easy to navigate, which made the whole visit comfortable. I really appreciated how focused they were on customer service—it made my first visit feel relaxed and positive. The guy who took care of me, Ashley; was so nice. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this spot to anyone new to dispensary

Her product knowledge is on point — whether you’re looking for something to relax, energize, or get creative, she always has great recommendations. You can tell she loves what she does because her good vibes are contagious. Plus, she’s super cute, which definitely brightens up the whole experience! Every visit is a good one when Colette’s behind the counter. 🌿💚

They need a better line system. There is no reason for a customer to be waiting over 10 minutes in line while the preorder line gets served immediately and there’s one cashier. This has happened multiple times where people are standing in line waiting and they service every single person with a pre order before the people in line. There is no difference in the pre order and regular transaction at checkout, so there should be no reason to be waiting an excessive amount of time. There is a medical line and a regular line. Make a separate cash register or line for pre order, not where they just get to go up to the cashier and cut everyone else in line. It is bad business practice to let people wait for 10 minutes and over for the same checkout process

Came into rise to grab some stuff and I gotta say, Jessica was very informative with all the information to help me pick out just what the doctor ordered lol. She went above and beyond her call of duty to assist me with all my what seemed like a thousand questions and I will forever be grateful for her not only assisting me with my purchase but with her charming and bright spirit. Will definitely be returning here for future purchase. Great job Jessica keep up the great work.

Great service from Melissa! She was knowledgeable and helpful, and I appreciated her recommendations. The experience was mostly smooth, though there was a slight wait due to understaffing. Overall, a solid visit and worth coming back!

Visited Rise for the first time, and had the pleasure of working with Gina. She is very knowledgeable, and super friendly. She took the time to listen to my needs, and pointed out the products that work for me. Stop in and ask for Gina, you won't be disappointed.

Great experience and great customer service from when you hit the door. Carlos helped me and was very helpful with both my order and told me a few things about my account and good days to swing by. I travel a little ways to get here, but it's worth the trip everything.
