I've been a loyal customer here for a while and have always had great experiences. However, today was disappointing. When I asked for a 3.5, I received a half-empty container, which clearly wasn't a full 3.5. I wished they had weighed it in front of me. It seems the quality of service depends on who's behind the counter if you want an accurate 3.5.

Me and my boyfriend love coming here. Everyone is so nice and helpful! It might sound silly but I absolutely look forward to seeing the animals when we go, it makes my day! I love the reward/point system they have going on too, definitely helps you save some money!

Months ago the old staff was very helpful and active with customers the new ones don’t advertise and expect yu to figure it out yourself with no assistance and the 3.5 is never really 3.5 . I no longer go here it would have to be my LAST resort

I was a loyal customer until they reopened. New sales associates are not pay attention to customers and stiffing customers on the 200 point system discount. I am a principal shopper. If you don't honor your deals and discounts that are advertised, customer will go to the many other shops in the area. Key word "HONOR"
