I used to prefer going to the shops that sell stuff openly over the counter as opposed to this kind of dispensary where you must give your ID and sit in a waiting room because I thought they were cheaper. I started going to Health for Life’s website and checking out their daily specials before I go and choosing the most potent products for the best prices and I actually spend less than before, for waaaaaay better quality products. Their site is great, lists THC %’s, and is always accurate as far as sales go. They offer veterans discount as well. It’s a great shop. Take advantage of their hidden deals online it’s worth the extra time spent.

1st: If you go, always round up to the nearest dollar! IT'S FOR AN AMAZING CAUSE!!! 2nd: Absolutely the best dispensary and Health for Life location! This is the only place I go! Environment is calm and not noisey or crazy busy. Even if there is a busy day in the waiting area, when it's your turn to go back, the Budtenders still take their time with you. I always explain my body's needs and when I am more focused on the terpene profile rather than just THC/CBD percentages, and they take their time looking through their shelves with me and help me compare terpene profiles between strains. (ADHD, depression, anxiety, lumbar spinal fusion, Degenerative Disc Disease, mild Scoliosis, wife, mother, grandmother, fulltime worker, mother of a child that plays a highly competitive sport.... long list of ailments with a busy life! I'm not looking for just "a high" all the time. I'm looking to become grounded and/or have pain relief AND still get 💩 DONE if possible!!) I ask for recommendations from their experience, as well as their recommendations on my needs. They ALWAYS go above and beyond to help. The security guard is the sweetest most down to earth gentleman, but more than efficient an his job/duties. 10/5 in my book! Love this place and their staff!!!

Eric was super awesome this morning. Quick in and out. Less than 5 minutes max. Dude caught me about to sit down in the lobby, that's how quick they were. Had my order ready to go and a smile on his face. Great conversation and he took care of my one question.

Purchased a 2g Culta disposable vape for over $50 and within a couple days it started leaking badly. Every hit was pulling oil out of the tank, clearly a defective product. I called ahead before coming in (8 days after purchase due to being out of town) and was told they wouldn’t do anything without the physical receipt, even though they confirmed they can see my purchase history in their system. The manager laughed multiple times while I was explaining the situation and said he “doesn’t make the rules.” Completely unprofessional. This call took place 02/11/26 around 12:16pm. Between the faulty product and the way this was handled, I won’t be returning. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here.

This place is absolutely the worst. They’re always extremely packed. They have zero organization. My last visit, I checked in, sat in the waiting room until the store closed- only to be notified that when they checked me in - they checked SOMEONE ELSE WITH THE SAME LAST NAME IN!! How can they do this when they scan IDS to get in? Incompetence at the highest level- and surrounding medical and HIPPA. Manager LJ did not seem to care that I was highly disgruntled and didn’t care to do anything to try and change the experience. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN AND I SUGGEST THE SAME FOR EVERYONE ELSE! Mana in middle river is much better.

Your response also lost you a ⭐️ You succeeded in driving a customer away who spends $1000 a month at your business and I wasn’t looking for a 30% discount or anything like that, I was looking to get the same discount you offered daily, but make it so I could use it on flower, instead of vapes, concentrates, or whatever specific product you were offering the discount on that day. The day I made the purchase I attached via photo from a better dispensary, I would have bought all of that through you, but you were only offering a 20% discount on vapes, and the day before it was only concentrates, well I buy flower, LOTS AND LOTS of flower. Pull my account. Stacey has my name. I was merely asking for the same discount you give to a bunch of different classes of customers. I wasn’t even truly asking for anything special, just to be able to buy the products I wanted to without having to wait till the special day were you offering a discount. I’ve driven 2 plus hours to your store dozens and dozens of times, and referred dozens and dozens of customers to you. Rest assured, I won’t be doing either of those things anymore! PHOTO UPDATE: Here was the purchase from earlier today 5/16 that you business geniuses missed out on… a 20% discount would have gotten it done! This was the only dispensary I used for the last 3 years. I spent many thousands of dollars there over the years. Over $30,000 to be more exact. It’s unfortunate that they DRASTICALLY changed how they do business… and going from offering nice daily discounts to none at all really changes how I view this operation, and unfortunately I won’t be a customer anymore. They get 2 stars instead of 1 because they USED to be the best place to go, and I hope they truly think twice about their business plan moving forward. I’m now forced to go elsewhere for my medical cannabis needs, not only because of price but more because they really didn’t take care of their most loyal customers, even when given the direct chance to. A very unfortunate, unforced error.

This dispensary is, by far, THE ABSOLUTE BEST dispensary around. They've always got great deals and every strain you could ever possibly want!! Great customer service every single time, they've got a percentage off of just about everything different sales everyday of the week!! If you want quality customer service, fresh products, and well versed employees all around, take yourself over on to Health for Life Dispensary of Baltimore!!! Absolutely a 10 out of 10!!! Keeping it a stack, one day at a time!!

Helped me to make the daily deals and all the available sales work for me to get everything I wanted for the best price. 5/29- Just wanted to bring attention to another great experience. ☆6/26- With recreational coming in less than a week, everything has been ramping up. But this always means the wait times. Try your best to come during non-peak hours. ☆☆Pre-orders speed the process up immensely!☆☆ I got the D.C. Gelato Cake, it is always a favorite. The Curio everyday flower Jack Herer, and the Rythm Premium Jack Herer just to compare. 4/6/24 Ariel was great.
