I wanted to see the disposable vapes they had in store and thought I'd get some good info from the guy behind the counter but it's like he didn't even care I was there. Anyway I bought the best one I thought was it with (no help and no recommendation) and I have to say I like the vape I bought but it was way more than I wanted to pay but if you go here better know what you want because they weren't much help recommending anything.. Honestly I found a better price for the one I bought online. UPDATE: The reply from my review is kinda defensive & sarcastic cuz I DIDN'T ASK FOR A LIST OF FLAVORS. I saw what they carried and asked which would be the best one mfg wise...Ya know it just goes to show that the reply given to my review would completely over exagerate what I actually said in my review and it also put words in my mouth!!! I guess these days its better to give excuses and inflame the customer experience with defensiveness!!! BRAVO WAY TO GO!!!👏👏 **Demoted from 3 stars to 1** just for giving a sarcastic reply!!! I placed an order with them online. They received the money via my debit card but I have yet to receive my ordet. I have contacted them 6 times, once by phone. I have never been responded to. A $13 order!! Sad!! Now when I call I get a fax line. How many others are being ripped off by this company?

We ordered coils online that were never delivered. Contacted the store several times and haven't heard back. They stole our money.

I love this place. The managers are the best part there. They always talk to me and my gf and help us out with our vapes.

Every time I come there is a sign up that says back in 20 minutes but it is never 20 minutes and is usually closer to an hour. Their hours of operation obviously don’t apply. I have come at different times of the day and it’s always the same thing. Their juice is good but customer service needs improving. I’m sure they will just say it’s a “lunch break” but if that’s the case it should be listed on the hours of operation sign. We have been waiting for 30+ minutes now.
