I've been going to urban wellness on San Mateo for about 4 years now the managers are great even when I did have a problem it was fixed without an issue I smoke flower but couple years ago I was introduced to their Frozin brand it's exclusively made by urban and being an athlete and fighting I try to look for something helpful that's not as hard on the lungs and they helped me find the frozin it's helped me greatly it's easy to use with my swordfish lookah ever since I've only got frozin and flower from this place urban wellness is reliable quality with great service it's the only place I shop at without urban wellness and thier staff and products I would be going from store to store trying to find quality products at a good price thank you urban wellness for everything and I highly recommend them and their products try frozin it's great ask them about it they also have a new type of frozin that's amazing easily 5 stars Jonathan Trujillo

Some of the staff members here are great, some are not. It's a chain, so it's bound to happen. They will cost you much more than anywhere else when it comes to batteries and the quality is not adequate for the price they charge. The first item I got here was a gram cart and it broke within an hour of having it. You can't even twist off the top because the company makes you buy another cart. Their loose flower, carts, and anything else you'd need at a w33d shop is cheap and overpriced. Their light doesn't even work... It's not a horrible shop, aesthetically it is very pleasing, but shop local y'all. Even the person who responds to reviews for the company fails to acknowledge all of this and focus only on the light because they acknowledge people don't like their business practices.

Since i cant comment on the review below, the main reason why they have to probably put things away sooner is probably for the safety of their employees. I understand as to why they need to put things away sooner than closing and I honestly hope they stick to that for the safety of the employees. They have plenty of huge screens that will show u what you can get, they also have such amazing knowledgeable staff that can teach you a lot about their products. Sad to see people bashing a small/local business because of the safety for their staff. Apart from that, this dispensary is so clean and the displays are so well put together, the staff here also are very friendly and knowledgeable in all the products! I would recommend Urban to anyone, they have great products and wonderful customer service! :)

This place sells trash weed! I asked for the strongest indica they had and got trash greenhouse weed. The bud was so ugly looking with so much foxtail going on and evidence there was seeds in this harvest. The bud wasnt sticky nor did it have a strong smell. The taste was terrible and I didn’t get high. From a medical patients perspective urban wellness sell trash rec weed. I’m done shopping here

My daughter Denise turned my leg to come to Urban, and I loved the flower I got. I love the way the store was set up and it was so organized. The price was very nice and my bud tender Abby was sweet and helpful. I'll be your new customer from now on.
