From the very first time entering, to the many visits since, the staff have been amazing, informative, polite and very down to earth, on the level. Kratom has helped me and loved ones immensely. The staff is always so kind and willing to take the necessary time to answer all of my questions. I've had a great experience each time I've gone into the store and it's so helpful that they also make deliveries.

Great selection, nice service. Hours are great too! Prices are too high. Kratom costs $70 for a kilogram (including shipping) on the internet, and AZ Kratom charges $50 for 100 grams. Business is business, but it contradicts their claims for compassion.

I’ve been here twice. The kratom is pretty good here. Staff is great. The prices and amounts offered are the main issues I have with this store. It’s extremely expensive, the ‘discounted’ items are still pretty high for what you get. Would be cool to have kilo or even half kilo options even if it’s 3-4x as expensive as the nearest local shop. One point taken away for price and amount options. The Kratom itself is pretty good tho
