Showed up for ice cream and as the sales associate Heather seen us she said she was just going to help the people ahead of us and close up for her lunch. No other employee to help either.

Was in like to get ice cream and "Heather" was working and just yelled at us, "I'm going to lunch after "them" customers in front of us. Nobody was behind us and no sign was posted that they were closing for lunch. She sounded very rude and could have just taken the extra 1 min to help us out.

The lady at the pharmacy Martha was saying rude comments because instead of a California ID we brought in a Mexico ID that can also be used here. She said “I don’t know why these are used here and a lot of the people that come here use these and they still drive without a license and cause accidents I don’t know what they do when they get pulled over”. We went to go get medicine not to get criticized on what type of ID we use. Madera is full of Hispanics so she has probably had this thought every time someone hands her a Mexico ID. If she want to criticize people she needs to look at herself first. I have alway had a great experience with the other pharmacist. I have never had a bad experience until today when angry Martha was helping me translate. If you’re gonna have someone translate make sure they don’t criticize the people they help while getting paid. Do better Rite Aid I’m sure I’m not the first person to have a horrible experience with her. You guys need to take action and not just tell us just to contact corporate, you guys hired her so y’all can talk to her and tell her to fix her attitude.

Do not bother wasting your time trying to come and get the thrifty’s ice cream The lady is literally lazy sitting at the register, not wanting to get up to get people ice cream. She put the out of order sign on the ice cream bar, but you can clearly see that the freezers on and the ice cream is in there working just fine. She just didn’t want to get up deal out the ice cream. I went in yesterday. The lady said they were out of ice cream that I should come back in the morning or the afternoon and it should be up and Running just fine please do not waste your time. The lady that’s in there right now is not going to do anything for you.
