This retrograde has presented significant challenges for me, but I'm grateful that it ended on a positive note. Due to my severe C-PTSD, I often experience difficulties locating items when triggered. Today was a challenging day When I returned to the store, I was unable to find a recent purchase and became emotional. However, my favorite budtender being there enabled me to communicate more effectively.. if she wasn't my boyfriend would have had to talk for me.. It's a thing. I appreciate the safe and supportive environment you maintain, and I'm pleased to report that I eventually found the lost item. As someone who just moved here thank you, for showing kindness ❤️😭😭❤️

I held back 1 star to push for growth. Good selection but room for more. The staff gets 6 stars though! Angel, "El fuego Santos", was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The whole staff is always inviting and cheerful. I'm still mildly blown away that this is here in Kearney mo! Keep up the good work!

Absolutely love this location, if I could rate higher I would. I love going in and seeing Caleb, Selena, Leslie, and everyone else. One name sticks out to me though. On Dec. 11th I visited after having a particularly rough day. I knew going in that getting through the transaction keeping my composure was going to be difficult. Before I could even make it to the back I broke down, and thank goodness for Logan. Logan is a security guard that works up front at KCC. When I started to cry he helped me into a private room and gave me space and time to let my emotions out and sat with me while I talked about what was bothering me. As a security professional myself I believe that Logan is the embodiment of what all security personnel should strive to be. He is kind, caring, attentive. He presents himself in a very professional manner, but in such a way that customers feel relaxed around him. To Logan, and the rest of the KCC team, thank you for all that you do!

Every time I go visit this store.I am reminded that customer service is still a thing. I have never had a bad experience by any person in the kearney location, ANGEL helped me today and like all the other bud tenders he is very respectful nice and helpful. It is a rare thing to have great customer service in my eyes but this place and all the people that work at the kearney Location have the best customer service I have seen in years.

It is a pleasure working with Tyler! If he is there when I come in, I always look for him. He gets what I mean when I say what I want. Usually with a few options, and Tyler always tries to get me the best price too. It's a great store, and is my go to location. STAY HAPPY!

Great place. Warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere. Absolutely fantastic people working there, always so kind and caring. Great product knowledge as well as general knowledge. Our Budtender is as Morgan and she was amazing. She answered all my questions and made for a fun conversation while shopping. Absolutely love my home town store.

This place is Awesome! We first came in and the staff knew about all of the products they carry ,it was great! Tyler helped us today, he even told us about some new stuff we wanted to try, Tyler gave us a great choice and we ended up buying 2! We'll definitely be back. Thanks to all of you !

More than half the time you have to ask for any of the sales they have going on. Most of the tenders have absolutely no idea what the product is . I literally tell them what I'm looking for and it's like pulling teeth to get them to tell you about the stuff on sale , it's almost like they don't want you to know. I've gotten maybe one or two really good tenders. The previous manager ALWAYS made sure I knew what was the best deals and knew I was looking for some special items not on sale. She was the best. They act like I'm putting them out by asking questions and most of the time they don't answer . And then you want a tip....nah man.
