I'm a regular at native roots and have been for quite some time, but after my experience today that will change. I've never been treated more rudely at either a gas station or a dispenserary or anywhere for that matter. The brown haired chick with tattoos on her forearms was so bitchy and demeaning. Not to mention how rude it is to take a huge bite of food AFTER someone has approached your station for help and then proceed to igore them. Oh and that smartass goodbye when I left was really the icing on the cake. In my line of work I'd be fired on the spot for such behavior. Pretty astonishing since there are plenty of talented, friendly people who would be thrilled to have a job like yours. But I guess you couldn't be bothered to be even halfway decent. I will never be back.

Over priced for nasty dry weed full of hair. Service is nice never had a problem with employees but the bud isnt great from here. Better cheaper places around town.

I am leaving this review for a staff that I honestly love/appreciate so much at the Native Roots Uintah location which is just off exit 143 on Interstate 25. Staff like, TRAVIS, ZACK, SHAYLEE, MIRANDA, & ARIEL are incredible, knowledgeable, funny, down to earth, and one of them I even got a crush on because she’s 🔥. This is the dispensary that I am a member at as a patient in the medical marijuana registry. Originally the benefits were the reason that I chose to be a member at this dispensary, since it is a 40-minute ride from where I am at now but since joining this dispensary, I can’t imagine going anywhere else to purchase most of my products. This dispo has given me family vibes since the first time I walked in the door here, and if I’m going to give my money anyone, honestly this is the place (and these are the people) I’m going to give my money to. I can’t say enough about all the floor staff- they make things happen and it you are guaranteed to have a good experience when you shop this Native Roots facility.

My boy Rylan behind the counter was the absolute best person to help me out with my needs early in the morning. He's super kind, carries a chill conversation, and even let me know about product I would probably have glanced over and not thought about. He's awesome and Native Roots is awesome!

JeNelle, Rylan, Patrick, Jordan, Amber, Sabra, are such a welcoming team. They all know me by name so I remember theirs! I have to come by every week. 😊 One of the best customer service experiences in the industry. Smiles, hugs, and love!
