Tried to quickly stop and get a new vape. The store is offering a 5% discount for Google reviews. There is a QR code at the register for people to scan their phone and provide proof for the discount, but the person in front of me in line couldnt get it to work right away so I sat for 5+ minutes. Once he got it to work, I got to the front of the line and I'm told to do the same thing. I can't get it to work either and after another 3-5 minutes messing with it (the guy even took my phone to try and get it to work and couldn't do it), I give up. The guy doesn't give me the discount and the cost for my vape is now over $30. Terrible trip all around that should have taken 5 minutes but ended up being 15. But at least now they you got my review.

I came in to buy a product that would help me sleep better. In short, that particular product didn't work for me. However, I went back in the next day, and David was super accommodating and understanding of my unique situation. He gave me a full refund, even though that's not technically the policy, and he even recommended other products/strategies I could try to accomplish my goal. I was thoroughly impressed that David went above and beyond to save a customer. I will return to try other products in the future because I had such a great experience.
