Horrible customer service. I will never go back to this Luckys or any Luckys ever again. Any time you lie to your customers, it’s a bad thing. And to try and half way make up for me catching them I n the lie, they say I can have 50% a 3rd piece. I just paid full price for 2 pieces that both broke within 2 days of using for its intended purpose, with no compensation. Which the guy told me if it broke within a day or two they would replace it. So I have 2 broken pieces now that I paid for full price, and they want me to spend more money on something that’s due to their cheap craftsmanship/material. I used them because that’s all I had for awhile, that’s why they look more used in the pic, but they both busted after just a few times of heating up. And I did exactly what the employee instructed on how long to heat and where to heat. This happened almost 2 months ago and still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Thanks for nothing Luckys.

I often have questions and have no problem telling when someone is getting impatient and irritated... as was the case in the previous 2 shops I'd been to. The young man who helped me was very polite! Even made a defective purchase right. They're close to me, too! I will be back.
