Satori Wellness in McKinleyville is hands down the best dispensary experience around. From the moment you walk in, they treat you like family. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. What really sets them apart is their knowledge. Every staff member I’ve interacted with knows their products inside and out and takes the time to explain options without ever making you feel rushed. Whether you’re experienced or new, they make the whole process comfortable and easy. They also consistently have great deals, which makes it even better. Quality products, fair prices, and top-tier customer service — you really can’t ask for more. Every single staff member is awesome. Tale of two dispensaries here. I have gone to Satori Wellness several times a week for the last two years. In the beginning, I was carded like any dispensary, no issues. But today, I was told that I would not be served, and was asked to rudely leave by the "manager" on duty. I was told that my ID was expired in their system, and that they could not serve me. (Which I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND, as with alcohol, cigarettes, etc. No issue. I can easily come back with my passport. But the issue arose at the HOW I was told to leave. BTW, The ID that I had on file with them expired in 2024! So they apparently NEVER checked my current IDs expiration dates for the last year!. Today was just the random day that someone decided to deep dive, and then tell me that that I will not be served EXTREMELY RUDELY. I asked if I could talk to the manager, since I have a good relationship with everyone at the shop. She came out, and would not let me even talk! She ushered me out of the store, and told me that I would not be served! Crazy! I had zero issue coming back with my passport, but The person checking me in, and the manager acted like they had never seen me in my life! I was appalled really. I have never been thrown out of anywhere. Again, zero issues with the laws. It was just insane that they chose to handle the situation the way that they did. I will be reporting to the proper authorities since the company felt ok taking my business for over a year with an expired ID, but felt the need to throw me out today.

Made a fool of myself by trying to exchange two carts from two different companies because they didn't work for me. Obviously the problem was my battery. Came in with my old Satori battery and carts, Alyssa gave me a new battery for free and was much kinder than I deserved. Made me a regular.

Clean and well-organized shopping environment and the budtenders were able to recommend the perfect products for me. I got friendly and personalized service with a smile and appreciated their attention to detail.

I used to love these guys during the pandemic but lately their service is horrible! Everyone there is so high they don't know what end is up. If they would just quit getting so high I think everything would be good. I usually write reviews when there's good things but I can't believe their service lately I will never go back even if it was last Dispensary on Earth.
