Shangri-La Medical Cannabis SuperStore – Monroe

Had many poor experiences with this location, but decided i'd give them one more chance. It's the last time though because they can't get their act together. Incredibly slow staff with no urgency, and if they are even just a tad busy, you can count on waiting for close to or over an hour before you can even get past the front desk. Their location up the street is far better. Still overpriced, but a significantly better location with a much more dedicated and professional staff that doesn't keep their customers waiting while they goof off. Save yourself the time and money, and avoid this location

She was absolutely great. After being late due to a car crash, and yeah, the line might’ve been a little long, she made easy conversation with me and was absolutely delightful. She reminds me why good companies hire good people. Absolutely made my day.
