I had a great experience thanks to Keegan. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and made the whole visit comfortable from start to finish. You can tell he really knows his stuff. He took the time to explain different options clearly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. It honestly made a big difference having someone so knowledgeable and patient assisting me. I’d definitely come back again, especially if I knew he was working. Customer service like that is hard to find and very much appreciated.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Juliette at JARS. It was truly a pleasure meeting her today, and she absolutely deserves recognition.

Her knowledge of the products and the available deals available to customers was impressive. I went in with a preset budget, and thanks to her guidance, for just a few more dollars I walked out with an incredible amount of quality product, easily worth much more than what I paid.
