I've been a regular customer for awhile now, but recent experiences have been nothing short of terrible. Based on other reviews, it seems new management has destroyed what was once a reliable dispensary.

I purchased $68 in edibles that produced zero effects and were completely ineffective.

I also previously received a vape cartridge that arrived half-empty (didn't complain because it still worked and it was one my first times using this dispensary)

Now the most revealing part was the customer service. I Contacted their Fort Lee email about the defective edibles and I got NO RESPONSE for 11 days! I tried escalated to corporate email and I still got ignored. Then I sent a third email warning of chargeback with my bank and I finally got a vague "waiting on management" response.

It took over 3 weeks to offer resolution. And the final insult to me was that a representative offered me $30 credit for a $68 order where BOTH products failed

I've now requested a full refund instead of credit because I have zero confidence in this business anymore.

To new customers: Read the recent 1-star reviews. There's clearly a management problem here.

To the dispensary: Fix your quality control and actually respond to customers in a reasonable timeframe.

I'm a patient person and gave multiple chances. This is unacceptable.

When I gave the employee at the front my ID to enter, he asked if he could kiss me. I was completely taken off guard, immediately felt uncomfortable. Terrible and disgusting way to talk to a customer. Usually the employees are great here but I was completely disgusted by that interaction, especially from someone who is handling my identification and can see my address.

I left my name and number with management, and also wrote them an email. I still haven't heard back from them and will continue to visit Rise and Breakwater, which have employees who have never asked to kiss me (and have better sales as well).
