EDIT: I had to call my bank and report a claim to get my money back. Would stay away from this dispensary for now. ---------------- I've been a regular customer for awhile now, but recent experiences have been nothing short of terrible. Based on other reviews, it seems new management has destroyed what was once a reliable dispensary. I purchased $68 in edibles that produced zero effects and were completely ineffective. I also previously received a vape cartridge that arrived half-empty (didn't complain because it still worked and it was one my first times using this dispensary) Now the most revealing part was the customer service. I Contacted their Fort Lee email about the defective edibles and I got NO RESPONSE for 11 days! I tried escalated to corporate email and I still got ignored. Then I sent a third email warning of chargeback with my bank and I finally got a vague "waiting on management" response. It took over 3 weeks to offer resolution. And the final insult to me was that a representative offered me $30 credit for a $68 order where BOTH products failed I've now requested a full refund instead of credit because I have zero confidence in this business anymore. To new customers: Read the recent 1-star reviews. There's clearly a management problem here. To the dispensary: Fix your quality control and actually respond to customers in a reasonable timeframe. I'm a patient person and gave multiple chances. This is unacceptable.

When I gave the employee at the front my ID to enter, he asked if he could kiss me. I was completely taken off guard, immediately felt uncomfortable. Terrible and disgusting way to talk to a customer. Usually the employees are great here but I was completely disgusted by that interaction, especially from someone who is handling my identification and can see my address. I left my name and number with management, and also wrote them an email. I still haven't heard back from them and will continue to visit Rise and Breakwater, which have employees who have never asked to kiss me (and have better sales as well).

Honestly the worst dispensary experience. I sat outside for an hour after I receiving a text that my curbside order was ready. Then when I walked inside there was zero urgency. I was assured someone will come out and they still didn’t after an additional 30 minutes. Horrible!

Came in a few days ago and was helped by Zach! He was super helpful and quite funny. The kiosk is not always easy to use but he really made my experience stress free and even helped me find a sale! I will definitely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
