This place sucks, truly. I wanted to like it, and I’ve been there many times, nice employees, but the prices are outrageous, the deals rotate every week and you never know what it is, I’ve had multiple bad experiences here. Today was the last time I will ever go in there and if you want to save your self a headache, I recommend skipping this dispensary. On three separate occasions, I’ve been told there was a certain deal, I then selected what I wanted, only to be told 5 min later that what I was told was incorrect. Then I end up spending double on a single item that I could easily get half the price at many other places around. The managers don’t seem to care at all, and don’t do anything to actually take care of the customers who spend money there consistently. There are so many better options than this place, and if they would have at least cared about me being a customer I would’ve maybe given them another shot, but they don’t care at all, as you can see in the reviews more and more people are having bad experiences here every day. So save yourself the time, effort, and energy, and go somewhere that actually prices things correctly and cares about their customers. Again, this place sucks, don’t waste your time.

These people will try to scam you, be careful with your accounting when you’re paying. Long story short: they tried to short me $20 with some funny shuffling at the register. I took out $200 in cash (in 20’s) from the ATM, and handed the cashier 9 $20 bills. He took them to the register and did some shuffling with them, and then took 8 bills back to me and tried to tell me I only gave him 8 bills. I double checked my wallet and hand, and told him I’d given him 9 bills. He went back to the register, did more shuffling, and came back and told me I needed to give him another. I laid the ATM receipts on the counter and told him again that I’d gotten 10 bills and given him 9, and showed him the 1 left over. He then looked very sheepish, went back to the register and told me he’d “miscounted.” I understand an honest mistake, but his face and body language told me otherwise, coupled with the fact that he changed his mind as soon as he saw I had receipts.

Don't come to this place. It'll be one huge headache for you, especially if you're a new customer.
(TLDR; great employees, trash owner. This place needs new ownership.)
The only people that truly care for the customers is the budtenders in the front of house. They give you the most up-to-date knowledge on what's currently on the shelf, and they tell you the most up-to-date prices.
The owner for this location in the other hand, an Indian man, should not be the owner. With his trash customer service skills, non-diligence to keep track of the store's inventory, pricing issues on certain third-party platforms (ex. Weedmaps pricing is more than it's actually going for in-store) that the owner refuses to fix, it's not worth the trouble trying this place out.
IF you do manage to go and have an issue and request to talk to the owner of the location, expect no help, and expect him to tell you "end of discussion" mid-conversation to shut down the problem immediately and for him to call security to kick you out of the premises.
Go to any other dispensary, you will save much time and not regret missing out on this place.

Called ahead of time for no
Miscommunication, The girl who answered the phone told me that they had the specific product I had asked about in stock before driving there. I made sure to repeat myself, and she even admitted that I did specifically mention that product two times.
So I drive over 20 minutes, stopped to take out money, and stop working to go pick up my product. I get there and guess what?…. They Didn’t have a single live resin strain or product I asked for!
They tried to sell me on a cured resin cartridge, saying it’s the exact same thing As if they were a doctor or they knew more than me, like I haven’t been going to dispensaries for over five years. I know these type of scumbags, they will apologize and sound like they’re being super helpful and nice After the fact By talking about all these other products that I didn’t mention at all Being similar and a great pic and blah blah, they’ve lied to me and Lured me into their store to Try to fool me into buying whatever products they had on the shelf.
First time customer, last time customer, I don’t care about any discounts. Anyways, thanks for wasting my time, my money and gas, and lying just to get me to go to your store. That was once only a delivery service. I wonder How long a storefront like this will last.
If you call this place for a specific product and they confirm it in stock, take it with a grain of salt and hope that it’s true because your chances are as good as flipping a quarter. On my way to elevate on third and West Hollywood, where I know they have what they say they have, I’d suggest anyone else to do the same!

First of all the two ladies who work here are just lovely! Beautiful ,Kind and helpful !!! Love them! Secondly every thing I’ve bought here has been fresh and a great deal! Plenty of parking. Security is friendly and kind as well. I have zero complaints. My new fav shop!
