Great experience at Stuff-N-Puffs! I was so happy to find my “Fat Bottom Bettys.” Excellent service from a bearded man with a mustache. I should have gotten his name. Anyways, the price point was great! $10 a stick. My dude bought me four sticks. I usually pay $13 I’ll definitely return.

Called and asked for a product and assured it was there. Even spelled the product name and confirmed they had the 1.2 ohm. Arrived within minutes, tried to sell me an incompatible product, didnt even have the product I needed. Highly infuriating.

Good selection of products. However, the service I consistently receive there is poor. They have always acted as though they have way better things to do than to wait on me. I would love to be able to browse and ask questions but they always just ask .... "is there anything else?" I always feel rushed even when the store is completely empty of other customers. Maybe it's because I'm older????? Not a fan of their service and that sucks because location is perfect for me.

Nice store but be very conscious of the return policy. I bought a vape pen and brought it home only to discover it didn’t work. I returned to the store the next day looking to exchange it and was told I had to work through the manufacturer. What a drag. Who wants to deal with that over a vape pen. I told them to just throw it away. What a waste of $21.00. What a shame.

These guys are great. I went to the Macedonia one for a year and switched to Tburg. The store is really chill and I’ve rarely had to wait in line. The staff are genuine and personable, and they all know what they’re talking about. They’re good people. Bonus points because it’s next to Huntington and GE.
