Ended up with a faulty cart and went ahead to talk with shift lead to see if anything can be done. Sure enough it was a bad egg and they helped me with swapping it out. Great service here and I rarely seem to have any issues here

Ive been coming to this location and the one on Sleater Kinney for a few years now, and i can honestly say that I have not visited any other dispensary since I started buying from Forbidden Cannabis, and for good reason! The bud tenders are always knowledgeable and always polite, and always have a kind smile. I never feel rushed. I like that they call me by name every time I visit. They always have exactly what I want in stock. Above all, I absolutely love that they have the best deals in town! Trust me in this, im a frugal shopper, and careful with my spending. Ive searched for better deals on what I like (top-shelf live resins, no pesticides), and Forbidden Cannabis beats all, hands-down! If youre looking at these reviews to compare dispensaries in this area, then as corby as this may sound, your search is over. I did all the hard work of searching for best deals around me, and there is no other dispensaary in this area with better deals than Forbidden Cannabis. Dont be afraid to ask them about their deals and be inquisitive, because the bud tenders are very humble, and knowledgeable. I definitely appreciate that, because my disability can make me feel embarrassed sometimes, but they are always warm and welcoming, so I can be myself without fear of humiliation. Based on my 2-3 contiguous years of experience as a customer at both Martin Way and Sleater Kinney dispensaries, I highly recommend Forbidden Cannabis, and I'm sure their other locations wouldn't disappoint you either. I could not be happier with my experiences at this location. You have incredible employees! From the security to the salespeople it is a smile filled, courtesy no matter the crew on shift they are outstanding with the service they provide. The building is well lit, clean and inviting. The products are always fresh and top notch quality. Y'all should teach classes on how to hire!!! Thank Y'all very much. This is the only dispensary that I use because of all of the statements above.

I live almost an hour away yet I still go out of my way to come see Emily. She is always on top of her game with a big smile and positive energy. She has my terp profile dialed in and always has killer recommendations for me to try. 5 star experience from her every time!

Came in randomly on the way back from a long day at work and got help from this one guy named Travis, dude with the long beard and chill vibe, really funny person. He recommended a lot of great choices and was very knowledgeable on his stuff. Anyways I left with a lot of goodies that I didn’t know I could get and I’m very happy coming in to this place. Big shout out to Travis!

The buds are great and so is the selection of different Growers/Strains!!! The bud tenders have always treated me with massive respect and have usually had great knowledge on the strains and qualities of all the merch I was ever interested in!!!! They do have great discounts every day of the week as well as pretty good prices on most of there selections even without discounts!!!! Stop by and you will enjoy your experience I can almost guarantee that!!!! ;-)

Kaitlyn was a very knowledgeable person when it came to marijuana. I was really happy with her customer service and great music.

This place was our go to spot for years until recently we bought a fairly expensive cartridge at which time they suggested we keep the receipt “in case you have any problems “ they said. Well the first couple of hits tasted like metal. We put it back in the packaging for our next trip there to let them know that it was no good. Once there, they said they couldn’t exchange it, which didn’t make sense but okay fine. However the disrespect from their chubby bouncer kid Zack was absolutely disgusting and extremely unprofessional. He told us to “go down the street to 420 because he hates those guys and the forbidden owners don’t care about loosing customers”. Zack was rude and childish. All over a bad cartridge and didn’t like that my husband stood up for himself over what should’ve been a very easy, light conversation amongst adults about the bad product purchased at their store. Unfortunately we will never be back. Zack needs to be removed from any customer service type of business if that business wants happy customers.

First time customer, hooked line and sinker. Went in for dabs and carts and was blown away by the selection. Every wall is jam packed with goods and the floor is lined with display cases of the same. The staff is all super friendly. Travis was my budtender and he was super special awesome. Very knowledgeable, into cool things, and excellent conversation. My only gripe was that they did not carry MFUSED carts, only disposables. Despite that little nick, I definitely will be remembering this shop and for all the right reasons.
