Can we agree weed "taxes" are mark up enough. This place further adds mark up to there product. Dont believe me, see pictures. I called and asked and they said yes, thats the suggested price (same as other clubs) but they add their price. Go elsewhere-at least for this product... or any product that they hide the suggested"real" price from the consumer

Hello @ owner/manager we went today to shop in your store everything was going smoothly we were done shopping and paying and had my stuff in hand and at the same time lady from the front desk came in store and started to shout our car license plate no. When I asked what happen she ask me to move my car from a empty spot to other empty spot and told the cashier to stop the sale let him change the spot before giving me my stuff and I went outside changed the parking spot for no reason and when I went inside she followed me and sorry we can’t sell you anything. Looks like she don’t like to get business before closing time and the way she is conducting business she is not a right fit for this kind of job never returning back to this store to spoil our day again ever

Today’s my birthday and after the week I’ve had, I decided to treat myself. I tried every delivery service with no luck, so I called The Sanctuary directly to see if they could deliver. The answer was an immediate “yes, of course” — and that alone set the tone. I was helped by (Sas? Sos? Sauce? I’m not sure on the spelling), but whoever it was, they were well-spoken, patient, and genuinely helpful in walking me through the menu and helping me decide. Everything was smooth from start to finish. It may seem like a small thing, but that level of service meant a lot tonight. Great food, great service, and great people. I really appreciate it. I came in today after 2 years and I can say the best one so far ! The receptionist At the front want very informative and told us about all the great deals and updates our info in a timely manner !!

Security guard told us the wait was 30 minutes. It was actually 3 hours long. We waited 3 hours in line to buy some weed, only to be super rushed at the counter. I give them props for handing out free waters and free weed, also props for having food trucks on 4/20

Exceptional service whether you're in-store or buying online. In-store, you're greeted as soon as you walk in and there's always someone right there eager and ready to help. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly as well. The other day, I made my 1st online order and was pleasantly met with the same fast and friendly service I've come to expect from The Sanctuary, and the discount was a happy bonus too. The girl who delivered my order was so sweet and even interacted with my dog (WHICH HE LOVED!!!). The Sanctuary has great prices, awesome people and a wide selection. Definitely will be going back!!!
