Great store lots to choose from here, very clean and organized, knowledgeable staff and products are out for view, so customers are able to look around. Good parking with a couple handicap parking spots. The location is amazing with a lot of other stores in the same large parking lot.

Staff has always been super friendly each time I've visited, and are willing to help teach you if you're unfamiliar with a product, which means a lot.

i never leave reviews but i had 2 this time i was everywhere looking for a certain piece as i had just broke my glass cap to my orbits not only did he help n completeing my mission in finding the correct glass but he was very happy to do so he knew he had what i was looking 4 n made it happen ive ben vaping a very long time hav crossrd paths with lotsof peolw but Brandon was by far the best most knowadgeble person i ever had the pleasure ofmeetibg in this vape industry

To whoever is in charge: unfortunately I had to update my review from 5 to 3 stars. I have been going here a long time, the owner himself actually offered me a job at one point. (This happens often enough when I get to talking with a vape shop owner because I have an embarrassing amount of vape knowledge since I worked at a shop before everyone used disposables, and I’ve worked in marketing since.) Point is, I know what I’m talking about. This shop is still the nicest one in the area. I love how they stick to the true vape shop vibe and aren’t selling bubble pipes and whip-its like these other smoke shops nearby. They also have a unique glass collection which is super important in my opinion. All the other shops just sell basic stock glass and it’s not worth the purchase. However, I had to lower my review because the prices are just outrageous. If I worked here, I’d advise on better deals on disposables. The most successful shops I know are doing great marketing sales with those. I understand that the tax on vape wholesale products are through the roof right now, but $30 for a disposable is just crazy. I was able to get the same vape for $20 at a shop up the road after I left yesterday. Know your audience; disposables are what’s popular right now. You will create more traffic when word gets out that you have the best deal on those. Then once people are in the door, you upsell. Having motivated salespeople on the floor is important too. The girl yesterday couldn’t be bothered to try to sell me anything. My professional advice, try doing a bundle deal where they can get 2 for a better price than just buying one, it’s the oldest upsell trick in the book. Now instead of people only buying one because they’re in a rush, or just simply walking out like I did, you now sold 2 of that product. You can also encourage cash sales by taking off the tax when you pay cash. Like let’s say you do a deal with juice that’s like 2 for $30 or something, it would be $30 even if you pay cash. These things make the customer happy because they’re saving money, and help you make more sales and pocket more cash. Food for thought.

The customer service here was incredible. I did not catch the guys name. He was a slim guy with brown hair, great employee.
