I've been a customer here since 2017, and not once can I remember walking out of that store, unsatisfied. Ravi, the owner, and Jaimin, the manager, are really just fantastic people. In an area that is densely populated with smoke shops, there isn't one I'd rather spend my money at than Smoke and More. The biggest difference between Smoke and More, and other shops, is the quality assurance. As soon as you choose a piece, they make sure it is functional and to your liking, before you even walk out of the door, every other place seems to rush you out, without testing, after you've made your selections. Also, its great to see them putting an addition on the place, it looks great, and happy to see all the new options they're able to bring in because of the extra room. All in all 10/10, they wont disappoint you

Wow what a great experience. The man here was so kind, knew what he was doing and what he was talking about and was overall a kind guy. Love that for this store. Woop woop!!

From the minute you walk in to walking out you feel comfortable and welcomed. Jaimin is super knowledgeable about all the products they carry, attentive to your specific requests and maintains a great vibe in its establishment. Definitely a place you want to keep on your lists of go to smoke shops!

I really like that they will ensure the product has no malfunctions prior to the final sale. I bought an expensive device recently and the salesman checked that the battery worked, checked the coils were safely operating, made sure there were no cracks in the glass. I felt I left with a lot of more product knowledge than I had prior to entering. If you’re picky and want to take your time with selection, this is a good place. I appreciate how knowledgeable the staff were.

Have been to this store multiple times over the past few weeks now, and I've found what I was looking for each time! They have a great vape pen selection as well as just about anything you need for smoking accessories. A great incense selection, as well. The salesperson is knowledgeable and helpful. They stay well stocked with the products they know their customers enjoy.
