These guys are positively wonderful. Not only a grocery with a wide variety of local and natural items, but they've created an environment that's steeped in community. Always feel welcome here! They have a small produce section, local, pastured eggs, bulk bins with a range of options from quinoa and rice to nuts and seeds, and a generous freezer section. It's the only place I know in the region to get Sana Tortilla wraps (gluten and grain free). As someone with celiac, I'm extremely grateful for the many naturally gluten free alternatives on their shelves. Excellent supplement/ sustainable paper goods /body care options, too. The Good Seed fits its name: Planting good seeds in Seekonk!

I have shopped at the Good Seed for several years. They have a great selection and competitive prices. I also like that people who work there are knowledgable about the products and about "whole living." They have contacts and resources that are useful to customers. For example, I wanted to have ear coning done and they were able to give me referrals. The Good Seed is an excellent resource for whole living in our community.
