I placed my first order in March 2024 with VapeJuiceDepot. My order was shipped the same day the order was placed. I received my order within 2 days. One of the products in my order was defective. I sent them a picture of the defective item, and my card was reimbursed immediately for that item. The customer service was excellent.

I recently placed an order a few days ago; there was a mishap; and I received an email from Andrew VJD customer service representative, apologizing for the mishap. Also, Andrew assured me that my order would be shipped shortly that same day. I have yet to receive a confirmation email stating that my order has shipped. I’ve tried numerous times to contact customer service by calling and through email. I’ve yet to receive a response. I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this point. I’m also surprised that this is happening especially with how great my first order went.

have been ordering from vjd for a couple of years with no problems and great customer service, but things have obviously changed with this company. placed an order from them 8 days ago and received the tracking# the same day. when I track my order, all I get is "acceptance pending". tried numerous times to contact customer service for some help with this issue and to try and find out what the problem is, but no response. used to be a legit company. customer service is a joke! and I am out $100!
