A very great place. Been coming here as my regular spot at least 2 years. Great selection. Quick lines. Super friendly staff, seriously everyone I interact with in the store is great. Also like the fun theme sales and celebrations they do.

First time making a review on a place but I was so happy with my purchase it was needed. I had an amazing experience at Consume Cannabis - Chicago, and it was all thanks to one of their outstanding advisors, Esme. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile that never left her face. Her energy was infectious, and she instantly made me feel welcome and comfortable. I came in looking for some sativa and indica gummies, and Esme was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She took her time to walk me through the different options and recommended some great products from OGEEZ. She didn’t rush me, and really made sure I was getting exactly what I needed. What stood out the most was how attentive and engaging she was. Esme kept the conversation flowing and made the whole experience feel personal and fun. She listened carefully to what I was asking for and made thoughtful suggestions that ended up being perfect. I walked away feeling great about my purchase and even better about the customer service I received. Thanks to Esme’s incredible attitude and knowledge, I’m definitely coming back to Consume. Two times in the last month they’ve cancelled/claimed they can’t find my curbside order, Saturday night staff lazy; Curbside is a main selling point, it’s not like they have tremendous pricing, most sale prices are reg prices at other dispensaries. Just put the concentrate in the bag baby bro 😭🫵🏼🫵🏻🫵🏽

Today was my first visit at Consume Chicago for an event and it was lovely. We first visited the dispo inside, where we met all the lovely people that were on staff. I especially want to give a shout-out to DJ for being so darn fabulous, helpful and sweet! I also interacted with the a manager (GM, I believe) at the event outside and really enjoyed chatting with them as well. We definitely felt welcomed! I'll for sure be back any time I'm out that way and/or for any fun events!

I was sold a bad disposable vape and then told I can’t get a replacement. It stopped working within an hour. Said the vape looked empty and so they won’t replace. You would think they would know it takes longer than an hour to smoke a whole vape! There is obviously liquid still in it as seen at the top of my picture. Very dissatisfied with customer service here now. I’m sad because I used to love coming here. If they won’t even give the $38 back that I wasted at their store, then it’s not worth me coming back. Will take my business to any other dispensary now. Rip

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and non-pretentious staff. It was busy, cuz System went down on 4/20‐ but things were running smoothly on 4/21. Good sized free parking lot next door. Loyalty 'club' available.

I am so old school but I don't do dirt weed or back alley 'deals'. We happened to be in thus area for dinner with a family member and I was to bring "dessert". A two pack. First - these were not mini ones. These were super sized medication desserts. Second - smooth ? As a babies bottom. Dessert was more than a "hit". Going write down and hope it's still available on my next stop.

We bought 14 grams of a Paul Bunyan flower for my fiancés pain remedy for sciatica. When we got home and opened the product, there was only 7 grams in the SEALED container. PLEASE BEWARE and double check your weights with this place because there is nothing you can do once you leave the store without the burden of proof being solely on you. Weird and unfortunate situation, but sadly their customer service has yet to reach back out. I called and sent emails to no avail. Please shop cautiously or look elsewhere for your dispensary needs and, again, CHECK THE WEIGHT!!!!

After calling ahead to make sure my medical purchase was in stock, I made the 30 minute trek out to this city limits dispensary, only to be told they couldn't sell me the products they had in stock because of a computer error. Don't waste your time coming here. There are plenty of legitimate dispensaries out there, that would take the time to work out an issue on their end. This is not one of them. Spend your money elsewhere
