Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I wanted a surprise for my boyfriend but wasn’t sure of what it was called, the guy was very helpful and patient with me at 2am and even joked and chatted with me afterwards. Reminded me what it was like to shop at a store where the people know what they’re talking about and are more than happy to help. Hundred percent recommend it very nice gentleman working night shift and open until 2 AM. Wide variety of items and prices are really good as well, will definitely recommend and go back

DO NOT spend your money in this smoke shop. You can find better 1. Customer Service 2. Products 3. Cheaper prices somewhere else. I brought a disposable cart for $55, and it did not work at all. When i went back to the shop to address the issue, the young lady told me to text the manager. I did just that and of course no response. I will not be going back.
