I’ve becoming for over a year now, spend well over $2000 alone on Muha Meds. However, yes their “Point System” is flawed, they don’t keep track of points, can never tell you how much you have, “only the manager” can do it or knows, but “the manager” is never there or the owner. So apparently that shops runs itself or doesn’t have any leadership at all. My main issue, which reoccurred today when I stopped by. There’s young female who works there, I believe her name might be Brenda, EVERYTIME SHE SEES ME WALK IN, BEFORE I COULD EVEN SPEAK, SHES ALREADY TELLING ME THEY DONT HAVE ANY MUHAMEDS IN STOCK, SHE JUST SOLD THE LAST ONE, THEY ONLY HAVE DISPOSABLES (I only smoke Carts). Every time. I believe she has something against me, as to why, idk why. Maybe she’s holding out for a specific customer, or herself idk. She was coughing a lot today when I stopped by, probably smoking on the job. I don’t like seeing her there, terrible service. Everyone else literally, is top notch compared to her, they’re polite, and always in stock of Muha Meds, only like twice they didn’t have any. So yeah, I am convinced and strongly believe she is the problem and idk why she has one with me. I’d like for her to be removed. Just my review anyway.

Cool spot Plenty of options for smoking and tattoo equipment. It's like any Hot-Topic or Spencer's. They have posters and smoking bongs and all the candy and accessories you could want. Very friendly staff Parking is B+ and it's right off 45 Other smoke shops always seem a bit shady and lack options. This is by far one of the nicest smoke shops. Not kid friendly but friendly for all 18+ (21+) And I think they are going to have a mechanic shop that sells wheels and tires.

I’d like to think this is a decent spot to reup on tattoo supplies and smoke & have been coming to this place for over a year now. When I heard they had a point system I thought it was a great opportunity to support my local supply chain while saving a few dollars. Instead I come in today buying their cheapest6 oz inkeeze(29$ without tax) and hope that maybe some of my store credit will take care of a little but instead I was told I had no points and that the manager was responsible for giving them. In which I find it interesting because I bought 280+ worth of supplies with the manager and his point system was down so he wrote on his piece of paper to let his peers know that he owes me points. Being as is this is the only closest supply shop in the southeast area I’d rather jus order from the van when ur comes by the city. Thanks anyways good times

Sold old product that went bad within three days of purchase. Was sold the wrong product in the first place. A lack of product knowledge. Wouldn’t offer an exchange, refund or any type of compensation.. terrible customer service on the managers part, at that. save your time and money. If I could put 0 stars, I would.

Sold me a broken rig couldn’t even get store credit or half off on a new one. Loose leaves are extremely good wraps and people are willing to pay $13 or more. All their loose leaves are fake when you roll them up you can tell because they don’t get stick and come unrolled just like this picture. I posted doesn’t have a QR code you can scratch, and verify on the website that they are real. The yellow packs have a QR code. Overcharging for something fake And Not caring about the customers money. Don’t come here if you’re a weed smoker😭
