Horrible experience! Went in to buy something and the gentleman that was working accused us of stealing and we never even touched anything! Became VERY hostile and belligerent! Locked us in and was going to call the cops, then unlocked the door and claimed to be in fear for his life! We told him to call the cops that we would gladly talk to them! Emptied our pockets and everything! Told him to look at his cameras but that he was nuts! At one point even said we had guns pointed at his face!!!! I am still confused as to what in the hell happened! I asked him for the managers name, and he claimed he was the manager.. So I asked for HIS supervisors name which just made him more crazy! Never got his name or his managers name. However I have called corporate and hopefully they do something about this. That type of erratic unprofessional behavior should NOT be in customer service and definitely not in control of anything!!!!! Once we left there we went to the Spencer store and receive WONDERFUL service! THANK YOU RUBEN for making us comfortable @Spencer store!

This was my first time to vape city and the sales associate Chris (he has curly hair) made me feel very welcome he took his time out helping me find what I wanted to purchase he’s very knowledgeable on pretty much everything in the store if you ask me . He let me know about using my phone number to earn points because I WILL BE BACK how he knew the difference in vapes and everything else in the store amazed me. Plus I came to the store late at night and it was very clean smelled amazing customer service was 1000000/10 if you go to vape city I hope you guys run into him and enjoy your experience like I did. And another thing guys he’s a new hire at that location if you see this Chris I’m stacking points up at only vape city 10222 gulf freeway.

I was very pleased with the customer service and the product I purchased. Candie the sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable of all the different products. She patiently helped me decide the right product for me in regards to my budget and the type of usage I was expecting. Look forward to visiting the store again
