I usually love shopping from here. But every time I buy a vape. It’ll work for the first day and then it’ll spit out all the juice either the following day or it just stops working in general. I bought a $11.99 vape last night. It was working fine, half way through the night. I hear the vape “hissing” and the light is on (like when you hit it) on the table. I try to stop it by covering the air holes but it keeps going another 2 minutes. I see a little bit of the juice pour out. However I’m still able to hit it. I wake up this morning, all of the juice went into the mouth piece. I try to hit it and it won’t even turn on to let me know it’s “dead”. I’m very unhappy, I tried calling the store but I guess the phone doesn’t work or something because it went straight to voicemail. I’m planning to return to the shop but I have a feeling that they will just tell me that they can’t do anything nor give me a refund. I’m very unhappy about my wasted money. Edit: they did not give me a refund or a new vape. Only offered half off for another vape. I rejected the offer. Honestly I feel robbed of my money. Never buying vapes from here again.

Apparently if you have a problem with the manager-oh well. You're not allowed to contact the owner. You're not allowed to have a phone number or an email to talk to the owner. You're not even allowed to know to know the next time the owner will be in the store working because according to the manager that is personal information that she's not allowed to give out.
