**new owner and SOME of the prices are absolutely ridiculous. I'm not going to be paying more than double for coils when I can get the same exact item other places for less than half. Sorry Krazy, I was loyal until you messed with my wallet
Best place in Houston! The manager there is amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful. All of the staff there is amazing.

Extremely poor customer service from both management and ownership. My girlfriend and I went in to get some vape supplies for her. We were sold a totally wrong item that does not even work with her equipment. We paid almost $50 for this. Got home and discovered it would not fit at all. Took it back the next day and was told that there was absolutely nothing that could be done about it, even though it was given to us as the proper item to be used. I was astounded that given this day and age that a shop would not care about their reputation at all.
DO NOT ever frequent this establishment! They do not care about you or themselves, evidently. Some of this can be gleaned from the several negative reviews they have been given.

So close to where I just moved to was so excited. Walked in and it was very well organized nice and clean but the impression didn’t last long. The guy working was not much help at all he was distant like he just wanted us to hurry up and leave not knowledgeable at all didn’t know if there was anything I wanted I was looking for. Needless to say I left very discouraged and not wanting to return.

I'm a smoker and have been wanting to start vaping. I read the reviews of the Jones location and wanted to definitely give this place a try. When I walked in I told Jose that I knew nothing about any of the items and what I needed. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as I chose my device! I happened to go the next day because my device was leaking. I was able to fix it by a simple tightening of the coil. While we were there my husband actually bought one also and I ended up getting some more juice. Andrew was the guy that helped us that day. These guys were incredibly friendly and made our experience great. This will definitely be our only place we go from now on!

I have been coming to this store for a while now and always had a great experience, but today's service was beyond exceptional. Zach resolved an issue I had with my mod in a timely and professional manner. I'm very impressed with this experience and the knowledge of the staff at these shops. I would recommend Krazy Ape to vape users of any experience level for awesome juice and great product selection.
