I would give negative stars if I could. I had a very bad experience with this establishment. The staff is so rude. They do not answer the phone. They say they have curbside pickup but be better if the employees pick up the phone. That shows how much we the consumer is valued. If it wasn’t for us, these bozos would be out of business. Save your money and go somewhere where the consumer is valued and respected.

I have been going here for years and it used to be so amazing. I loved the vibe and I miss the friendly interactions from management. Today I was told I couldn't use my reward points so my budtender (who BTW was so amazing she made it worth being there) got a manager (turns out he was the GM ..) apparently anyone can be a GM nowadays without having a professional bone in their body. He talked to me like I was stupid and talked down to me. The attitude was horrendous. I didn't want to deal with him anymore and was very upset cause you should never talk to anyone that way. My budtender apologized for his behavior and for me being upset and got the other manager on site for me She was amazing but seeing as how this.... fine gentlemen 🙄 was above her she couldn't do much. I am just glad the other manager and my budtender made me feel better and we had some pretty good laughs. They are the only reason I would go back there. GM DO BETTER!. I was a GM and would never treat someone the way you treated me.

Ember and River were outstanding. Very Good people. The host at front desk not very good at all. Corporate people need to work more hours . Store was fantastic. The employees make the brand with great customer service .

Brandon at the self checkout was so helpful and informative on product and the questions I had regarding the dispo! (It was my first visit here and definitely won't be my last, I drive past a couple dispos so much closer and would definitely do it again!) this place kicks ass!!!

The few workers there were very kind. Treated me like a pal, and my cashier casually made sure that I was happy with the buds he was ringing me up for. That’s great service.

Love this Dispo. Erica is a really great bud tender here. She is so sweet and patient and gives solid recommendations. They have wonderful customer service paired with a very informative staff. This building in particular has a very modern unique vibe. No matter how busy they are, I still never wait too long. They have great deals & sell Copper State which personally, I love. I live in Northern AZ and I drive down here to get my 🌲.

This place used to be my go to dispo with the absolute best deals! After this sketchy incident tonight, I will not be coming back to this specific Sol again. I went in wanting two 1g carts for a total of $44.03 with tax (already had these prices and everything sorted out in their online cart). I walk in get the exact products and use my card. I’m charged $50 and given $5.97 back in cash (from the $50) according to the receipt however that was not the case. I get $6 back in cash and my account states $56 charge. So I call as I noticed this after driving away, First Lady to answer was kind seeming like she wanted to help even agreeing that something was wrong. Phone hangs up seconds after I’m put on hold. I call back again with a gentleman answering, he calls me sweetie and proceeds to explain how “atm fees work” as if I didn’t know what they were. The problem is, neither the receipt nor my bank is stating anything of an “ATM fee” then the charge. The guy stated “we charge a $3.50 fee and your bank must have charged another atm fee since we use a ‘cashless atm’” yet the math still isn’t mathing. Even with their supposed “$3.50” fee, the total added to the receipt would still only be $53.50 as Cash app again never charged a fee nor stated such like they always do with other transactions even other Sol Dispo’s. Ultimately, I’ve never had this happen before with Sol but from the start of this experience to the budtender folding the receipt then handing it to me so I couldn’t read it, shows how little they care about fraud.

I give 5 stars for the tenders but I’m not a big fan of this new counter setup. It used to feel quaint and personal. Now it feels like the let’s just make the most we can feed troth. I hope you consider a simple man’s opinion. Still one of the best out there.

Use to be a regular at this Sol Flower, always had amazing bud tenders! Was up north for awhile, went back today, asked if they still carried a product I had gotten before and loved, "not since bla bla date, we have this"! Went to show me, I explained "I tried to look but was to short to work the boards"! "I was just trying to show you", with an attitude! What flavors ava? This appeared to be an issue, was going to check stock elsewhere, to see if they had 2 of the same flavor, never did! This bud tenders wanted to help me, "NEVER"! My reason to return, "NOT GOING TOO!". Past bud tenders could sell me the moon, only reason I even made a purchase "was I could see spewing from the mouth of this bud tender of who know what if I did not purchase anything"! Sad but true, I am in my 60's and refuse to be treated like this ever!

This retail store has a balance to it that is very unique. My customer service representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this store.
