Beautiful building, haven't been in a few months, totally new inside, looks great. Really well designed areas to hangout and window shop. The people there are super friendly and know their information, if you have questions...ask! They are what makes the trip there amazing. Don't forget to tip your budtender.. if you don't.. you're a bad person.

Still a great selection and good store, but I stopped smoking, went back a month later I went back and just asked for two prerolls, nothing serious because I don’t have a tolerance and don’t wish to build one. I get I was in gym shorts and a comfy long sleeve but I don’t think that necessitated the implication I only wanted what was cheapest thing available because that’s all I could afford. Seriously, none of the old staff was there and both cashiers were rude along with the woman at the front. Now I’m gonna drive 30 minutes to my old place because I regret leaving my change especially when the girl at the register sees how much rewards I have and I still say I’m ok. Seriously, never had this problem before but once is enough. There’s no shortage of people who would work there and care about their job. Do better.

Tonight’s team was amazing! The front desk greeted me warmly and made the process easy. My budtender, Sophia, was knowledgeable and friendly, and Shane, the lead, went above and beyond to help. Overall, the service was excellent, and I truly appreciate how welcoming and professional the staff was.

This place is shady. I went in for the bundle deals and they didn't have the correct stuff so they put something more expensive in there and tried to charge me more without telling first. I brought to the managers attention and he was super rude about it. The upcharge was no big deal but the fact they didn't tell me and were rude about it is bad business!

I spent almost 400 every week at this place and they don’t have a birthday discount!! That’s kinda cheap every dispensary do that why you guys not shown a nice things to the customers price is always high as well a 5 dollar pre roll would be nice at least I thought cookie cannabis is ghetto is cheap but hey sol is even more because they never give the customer anything but taking money why not learn from other places how to make the customer go back to you very very stingy 👎🏼

This is the best dispensary I’ve been to in the valley and I’ve been all over - west valley, Scottsdale, midtown, downtown, etc. They are fun, QUICK and kind!! Daily deals are always updated on the website which makes things easy. Staff is the best and always has been. HOWEVER, I just went in for my weekly pickup and the fun projector tv was turned off 👎🏼 staff said it wasn’t their choice and they’d turn it back on if they could. Turn the projector TV back on and bring back karaoke!!!! Thanks and love u guys 🫶🏼

I’m like the other person who said they’ve been to dispensaries all over…Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale, etc. I’ve completely given up any other place I’ve gone to bc they don’t just try to make a sale, they actually try to help you get what you’re looking for. It’s so refreshing to feel confident about the place, the people, and the info they’re giving you. They gave me a taste of what I was looking for, and I ended up coming right back and getting a healthy amount (bc as all of you know, it might not be there the next day.) But they were so cool about it that that’s my one and only from then on.

This place is huge!!! Such an aesthetically, pleasing, set up.The service was so fast and friendly, even the manager Heather came by to check how things were and made sure I got everything I needed she and Jorge were amazing. Definitely coming back to this location for the incredible deals and fantastic customer experience.

Dispensaries make me anxious because I don’t like being in large crowds. I shop at the University location because of how small and intimate it is. They opened up their larger space and I was immediately overwhelmed as I came in during a rush they were having. Heather greeted me at the door and immediately took notice to my uncomfort and personally walked me through the store. She helped me pick out some great products and even took the time to cash me out rather than passing me off. She went above and beyond by even walking me out and making sure I got to my car. This was invaluable to me, and I can’t wait to return.
