The wait times are usually short, most of the staff are very friendly. Usually no problems with product but occasional manufacturer mishaps occur which staff can assist you with as long as you keep your receipts. I found Kara to be very nice, helpful, and insightful when I had questions. They didn’t judge my lack of knowledge, and were very patient as they assisted me and tried to get me the best deal and recommendations possible. I really appreciate customer service like that!

Rebecca and the whole staff here are just wonderful. The website wasn't processing things quite right so I decided I'd stop for the inside store instead. Absolutely worth it! They were low stock of the item I wanted which is why the website wasn't working out for me most likely.

Jars is my default dispensary at this point.
