Purchased two Vape Geek aegis mods. There were two issues with this purchase. One mod was missing the "lock" switch and my coupon code did not go through at time of sale. I contacted CV and let them know what was going on. I received a very quick response and a mailing label to ship the defective mod back. As soon as the shipment was confirmed I was contacted by CV and told they had already shipped the new mod. No waiting for them to receive it, the confirmation was good enough for them. I had 3 vapes delivered usps, when opening the wrapper seal was popped as if over heat exposure or had been smashed and the vapes where exposed to the elements, when contacting customer support they responded with this, "We will send you a usps prepaid return label as we need them back if in fact what your saying is True." Wow!! I have spent lots of money with this group and second question my integrity. I will not be purchasing from them again. Like really
