Customer service was five ⭐️ , outstanding by VC representative Alex W. I've shopped at least 4 VCs across SA and all of them are great but she is just one of a kind and goes above and beyond. Definitely needs to be considered for a managerial position if not on track for one or supervisory. Her knowledge base on selection, unmatched and the value she brings with her experience and expertise is so much appreciated. She took the time to ask questions, receive my feedback and then made her suggestions, very constructive and conscientiously to make sure I walked out of the shop as a satisfied customer. First time here, The girl working right now doesn’t appear to want to be there. No what are you looking for no how can I help you. The vibes were so bad. Walked in and walked right out. You would think working in a smoke shop she’d be a little more happy lol off to another shop.
