Great customer service. I came all the way from Iowa and the owner showed me personal attention and talked glass with me for almost an hour. He made sure to acknowledge and help every customer who didn't join our conversation when they walked in the door. He even remembered me when I came back the next day for more glass. I thought the glass was very reasonably priced and worth every dime. Will return to shop every time I visit San Diego.

Great place here from out of town and john was awesome if I ever come back I will def. Come back just to see him. The pipes were a little more than i am used to paying but i live in Michigan and prices are different and overall great piece with great art wouldn't expect this craftmanship from a shop in MI
