Wanted to do full star but past customer service has really sucked except other morning I went and ss I went thought door I was welcomed and helped right away usually I have to stand there for 4 mins before help

Extremely helpful and very nice. I'm not used to that we just moved here. He sat there and helped me find the right coil. Idk why people mention atmosphere it's a smoke shop not a bar. But definitely recommend

If you want a good reliable smoke shop go to the one on Golf links and Kolb or the one on pima. The one on pima has a lovely older guy with great customer service and integrity he always makes up for any bad products and gives deals to regulars, very dad like. The one on golf links has top tier fresh vapes, kind and smart younger staff, and friendly customer base. They also have a TON of self defense tools in the shop which is extremely handy when youre going somewhere shady and forget protection. ANYWAYS So my first few times in here werent bad at all, but after regularly going here vapes tasted a little funky compared to other shops and a few would hit once infront of the seller and then literally never again. His nephew came in one day and sold me on some glass and it was the best customer service I had ever recieved from any smoke shop so I kept going. I next had bought almost $300 worth of stuff from the shop. Including a yocan wolf vaporizor for $100. Battery was dead out of the box and when I brought it to the old guy, literally had bought it the night before and he leaves after like 9 or something so I tried to go back the same night but he wasnt there. Went the next day literally the day after buying it and he tries to act all “woopsie” about it. Doesnt offer any kind of makeup for the money I spent on it, asks why I didnt bring it to him the night I bought it. (I did) Finally he gives a big sigh with this annoyed look and says to trade it out with a different one. The price difference was $20 and it was literally the only other yocan vaporizer in there. He made me sit there for half an hour trying to get anything for the garbage he gave me and letting customers basically just talk over me and selling while im trying to get this resolved. I asked him if I was good to go after he gave me the new device and he told me to wait and pay after like 2 people. I did. Vapes were always dead or gave me a weird cough, the yocan I got as a replacement wasnt even what I wanted I wanted a dry herb vaporizer and it only did concentrates. That same night he told me, (5’0, 18yo girl) to check outside for a shady guy that had came in threatening him before so he could call the cops if necessary. I did because Im generally a nice person and think I can take on dwayne johnson. (I cant) Anyways guy wasnt there but he still put me in a really shitty situation more than once. Nice prices but didn't like when I bought my product.It's stopped working within an hour and I couldn't take it back

I used to frequent this place a lot for basically every they have. More than once I was overcharged, like seriously overcharged. I bought this awesome switch blade for about $50. My other half went in there a few days later to get one like mine and he was charged over $100 for the same one I bought. On top of that he would try to get me to hook him up with one of my female friends for a lower price..bad bad bad place.
