Bree was super helpful the times I’ve gone in. She may be new, but she knows her stuff. Always helps when tryna to decide what I want. I like opinions when choosing my type of strains. N she gets me! Keep up the great work, friendly bud tenders are hard to find!

I have been coming here for years and have loved their selection when they were Kush21 ever since apex showed up and the staff changed, the selection is terrible the deals aren’t great but most of all the service!! I’m in the service industry and I don’t like to complain but I couldn’t let this one go. My bud tender was so rude, incredibly slow, didn’t even ask if I had an account so I didn’t even use it. She couldn’t answer most of my questions and not at all knowledgeable about product then wouldn’t let me look at product container so I could see it. . Possibly the worst experience I have had to date in a dispensary. I just wanted to get out of there. I will not be back. There were several other bud tenders there that were nice and tried to help but she just kind of cut her off. My only redemption is that the tip I left some of it will go to them. I asked for a manager said she wasn’t in. I have had so many great experiences there it’s sad that this is what is has become. I’ve been to apex in Spokane and had a decent time. But I cannot and do not recommend this location also they are using the kush 21 bags I’m glad for recycling but if it isn’t some insult to injury.

I went in a few days ago to try weed for the first time, Breanna was so kind and walked me through all my options and what would work best for me. I recently tried the product she recommended and it was a hit! I will definitely come back

Unfortunately the recent reviews are right. The website is rarely updated with the current stock, there is a facial recognition camera outside scanning people as the pass or enter without consent or warning, and worst of all the customer service is severely lacking. Budtenders are more like bumtenders because they just bum the vibe out. Work on yalls selection, inventory and ensuring a consistent experience. Been shopping here the last 3 years and I'm severely disappointed by the recent changes.
